Installations for the playa · Concept
A camp drawn for the desert, equal parts structure and ritual. At its center is a scanning tent. Step in, and step out holding a small replica of yourself, an action figure of the person you were that week.
Around it sit the follies. A dome lit from within, a winged pavilion mirrored in the wet playa, a face large enough to sit inside. Light, scale, and a little strangeness, drawn for no one yet.
