An Equinox Hotel developed inside Frank Gehry's The Grand, carrying the brand's pursuit of self-improvement into downtown Los Angeles. The building later opened under the Conrad flag, its interiors drawn with Tara Bernerd & Partners in answer to the architecture around them.
