The first W in the Middle East, and the first luxury lifestyle hotel in Qatar. A 26-storey glass tower in the West Bay business district, set down in a market built for business travel and answered with design, energy, and a point of view.
Interiors fused Arabian tradition with Hollywood glamour, carried from a lobby of cascading blue light over swirling stone up into the suites and the view of the bay. The hotel brought Jean-Georges Vongerichten to Doha with Market and Spice Market, and gave the city a nightlife it did not have, the Wahm and Crystal lounges among them.
